Bhumika Karki

I learn from experiences rather than just from learning instructions. I spend a lot of time figuring things out for myself whether that means solving problems, fixing mistakes, or seeing how things fit together.

Most of the growth in my life has been gained through the situations that did not go how I thought they would. Instead of stepping back from those situations, I try to find out why things did not happen the way I thought they would and how I can improve things the next time I am in a similar situation. This type of thinking and behaving has shaped the way that I view the world. I have become a practical person and observant person. I am always curious on how I can make improvements to what I am doing.

When I am working outside of my profession and doing non-technical things, my thinking is very simple. I like to have quiet concentration when I am thinking about how to solve a problem or working to solve the problem. I appreciate those moments where everything seems to come back to me and be clear and within control after a very chaotic time.

Overall, I am just like every other person trying to figure out their life. I am just trying to be consistent, continually improve, and to move slowly methodically one step at a time without creating a lot of complicated things.
